Monaco Red Cross Ball

The Monaco Red Cross Ball takes place each year in mid to late July.

Established in 1948 by Prince Louis II of Monaco, this charity gala attracts royalty, celebrities and donors to the Salles des Etoiles. The evening begins with a tombola and auction and dinner, after which Prince Albert, Chair of the Monaco Red Cross, opens the ball with a concert followed by fireworks. Previous performing artists include Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Elton John and Tom Jones. All proceeds from ticket sales and the auction itself go to benefit the Monaco Red Cross.
