*Updated asking price: as the seller's chosen Central Agent, we have been instructed to announce an asking price reduction of EUR 600,000 for the 33.2m (109ft) Pershing 108 flybridge LEVANTINE II. This charter-ready performance yacht is now asking EUR 4,900,000. The seller is very keen to find a buyer so all serious offers are invited and will be considered.
The RINA-classed and MCA-compliant LEVANTINE II is in immaculate condition having completed her 10-year survey last year. The yacht has benefitted from regular upgrades over the years and has a detailed maintenance history from the same owner and captain since launch. Her triple 2,638hp MTU diesel engines with surface drives give her a cruising speed of 36 knots and a top speed of 40 knots. Combined with a draft of just 1.8m (5.9ft) and you have the perfect island hopper, one that expands your cruising capability by multiples for any given period of time.
The sun deck has a forward helm position with a retractable instrument console on this deck as well as her bridge on the deck below. The sundeck also has a dining area or can be converted into a giant sunpad. Walkaround sidedecks lead forward to a lounge area with banquette seating and a sunpad, offering privacy in ports and another exterior guest space.
On the main deck below is an al fresco dining area that leads into a lounge-dining space inside that can also open aft with sliding doors. Her interior is as elegant as her exterior, with luxury finishes and clean lines. There is another large sunpad to the rear, above the swim platform, perfect for admiring scenery while cruising.
This yacht can accommodate eight guests in four lower deck cabins. Access via a staircase from the main deck lounge. On the right is the entrance to the spacious owner's suite, which is made up of an office area, full-beam cabin with a forward-facing bed and large en suite bathroom.
Moving forwards there are two guests cabins; one twin and a convertible twin/double cabin. Furthest forward is the en suite double VIP cabin. The configuration is designed to give guests flexibility.
Always stylish, even at night, LEVANTINE II is fitted with underwater lighting. Plus, she has an aft tender garage with space for the Williams 505 5m (16.6ft) tender completed with a second garage on her bow for a jetski and watertoys.
Her reduced asking price of EUR 4,900,000 signals very clearly the owner’s intention to secure a sale for LEVANTINE II. The yacht is lying conveniently in the South of France where inspection is very much encouraged to appreciate the opportunity she presents and to assess your offer.
