RENAISSANCE, 112m motor yacht, joins the Burgess charter fleet

Burgess is delighted to welcome the brand new 112m (367.4ft) motor yacht RENAISSANCE to its charter fleet.

Built to Passenger Yacht Code, Ice Class 1D, and with the ability to host 36 passengers in 19 luxurious cabins, RENAISSANCE represents a new era in superyacht charter – one that blurs the lines between larger vessels yet masterfully delivers on the first-class service expected of a bespoke yacht charter.

Built by Spanish yard Freire Shipyard and designed, inside and out, by the award-winning British studio Bannenberg & Rowell, this unique offering joins the charter market with a starting price of EUR 3m a week in low season making her the most expensive yacht on the charter market today.

Her interior is a sophisticated collage of neutral colours, tactile furnishings and highly usable spaces ideal for a multi-generational charter.

With six decks for guests to enjoy, accommodation is spread over three of them and incudes a dedicated owners’ deck complete with private fore and aft decks. 

RENAISSANCE has been designed as an ideal backdrop for entertaining.  Whether it’s a black-tie event in the double-height dining salon or cosy dining in the beach club - al fresco dining is available on four of the decks - the yacht can cater for all events and everything in between too.

Amenities are a plenty on RENAISSANCE, highlights include the expansive beach club showcasing the latest watertoys to keep guests entertained plus a bar and waterside dining area, a stunning swimming pool on the main deck aft and a fabulous spa deck.

The spa deck is a revelation, and includes the fitness centre, a vast gym with an equipment list that would amaze an elite athlete. Guests can dip into hot and cold plunge pools, unwind in the steam room and sauna, and relax on the balcony with its ocean views, treatment rooms, hair and beauty salons complete the spa deck setup. A commercially certified helipad facilitates additional options for guests’ arrivals and departures to the yacht.
