Maxence, or Max, joined Burgess in February 2019 as a Charter Manager Assistant in the Monaco Charter Management department before moving to the Brokerage team in 2022.

Max was born and grew up in Brittany. After graduating with a Master of Science in Luxury Management with a Yachting specialisation from the International University of Monaco, he decided to pursue a career in the yachting industry. His work experience includes sales and marketing positions within Hermes and Selfridges, and prior to joining Burgess, Max did an internship as a Sales Assistant with Fraser Yachts in Monaco.

One of his main hobbies is windsurfing where he has enjoyed notable successes at various French, European and world championship regattas. He also enjoys other board sports, skiing and travel. Max is fluent in English, French and speaks basic Italian.
