Izzy joined Burgess in July 2021 as a Charter Management Assistant in Monaco, where she was born and grew up. After finishing school and taking a gap year, she started working for an art dealer, which sparked an interest in the luxury sector and eventually lead her to the yachting industry.

Her hobbies include cooking, staying active and being creative. Izzy speaks fluent English and French.
