Antita is a Regional Manager based in our Miami office, where she oversees daily operations for our US offices. Originally from New York and raised in Miami, Florida, she earned her MBA degree from Florida International University in 2016, a Human Resources Management Certificate from University of Miami in 2021 and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. With over 15 years’ experience in leading teams, project management, and achieving organisational goals in both local government and the hedge fund industry, Antita seamlessly blends strategic insight and operational excellence. Her expertise drives efficient organisational growth while fostering collaborative relationships.

In her free time, Antita enjoys staying active through fitness and yoga, cooking, music, traveling, visiting restaurants and spending quality time with family and friends.
