Caroline assists the yacht management department in Monaco with all crew related matters including recruitment, qualifications and employment. Caroline joined Burgess in 2004 and after 8 years at the “Burgess school” learning the ropes of general yacht management, she studied at the Lloyd’s Maritime School where she received a diploma in Crew Management.

She speaks fluent French, English and Italian as she enjoyed the opportunity to work and live in several different countries. She holds a Degree in Sociology (France) and prior to Burgess worked in London as the private assistant for a Chairman of multinational companies, managing his private matters such as properties and staff.
