Lorena joined Burgess in August 2013 as crew administrator to assist the crew manager with the implementation and overseeing of the Maritime Labour Convention, developing Burgess Crew Services (Guernsey) PCC Ltd and to assist with day-to-day crew management issues. Lorena’s employment history includes 15 years as technical and marine supervisor for Saga Shipping providing Crew Management support to the Deck and Engine Departments for their fleet of cruise ships. She has attained Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualifications in Core Management, People Management & Development and Business Awareness.
