Wendy joined as a Recruitment Administrator in Burgess’ Yacht Management department in 2024. Wendy initially joined the yachting industry after graduating university with a degree in Modern Languages in the South Coast of England in 2020. After a couple of years working on yachts, she went land based with her partner and moved to Valencia, then Amsterdam, but ultimately found her long term dream base in Mallorca. With experience in customer service, administration, and consultancy in the yachting industry, she’s eager to assist crew in their yachting journey in Recruitment.

Outside of work, she enjoys running and training for races, hiking, travelling, cooking, and developing on her mosaic table-making skills.
