Glenn is a class one Master Mariner with thirteen years' commercial sea-going experience. He has sailed on a variety of vessels around the world ranging from transatlantic voyages under sail, to cargo ship, passenger ship, and fast ferries. Prior to joining Burgess, Glenn spent time as a superintendent and deputy DPA for a large commercial ship owner.

Glenn has a detailed knowledge of both power and sailing vessels. He grew up by the sea, in a sea-going family, and has spent much of his life on or near the water. Enthusiastic about all outdoor pursuits, Glenn enjoys diving, skiing, sailing and cycling.
