Description
The 28.1m (92.2ft) QUEEN B SPORT, the ninth hull, and the most attractively priced, in the sought-after Pershing 9X series. This RINA-classed composite yacht is capable of 42 knots, with a cruising speed of 35 knots. The yacht was delivered by the Italian shipyard in 2020 with design inside and out by Fulvio De Simoni and naval architecture by Ferretti Group.
She has undergone rigorous maintenance annually. Most recent works, in April 2024, included a ceramic hull coating, main engines serviced, new underwater lights and the installation of a UV fresh-water filtration system.
Exterior spaces
The flybridge has three pilot seats forward at the helm station with a central captain’s position, a huge central sunpad for four guests and a lounge aft suitable for sunset cocktails and informal open-air dining. Steps port aft lead down to the main deck aft, which has another four-person sunpad aft and a second open-air dining table shaded by the overhang, next to built-in BBQ. The table can lower to create a daybed.
Steps aft lead down to the swim platform. The transom and central section of the swim platform lift to reveal the tender and toy garage where the yacht’s 3.5m (11.3ft) Williams SportJet 395 tender stows on passage.
From the main deck aft, both sidedecks lead forward to a foredeck sun lounge with a third vast sunpad and sofas around a table, providing a third al fresco dining option. Forward of that is the bow mooring area.
Interior spaces
A sliding glass door aft opens into the main saloon, where there is a U-shaped lounge with leather sofas to starboard and a formal dining area for eight guests just aft of the bridge.
Guest accommodation
Steps next to the bridge lead down to the lower deck where there is a dayhead and guest accommodation for eight guests in four cabins. The owner’s suite is full beam and gets plenty of natural light through large windows in the hull. Aft of the berth is an en suite with shower room and a walk-in wardrobe.
There is a VIP double cabin in the bow set diagonally and two convertible cabins, all en suite. The yacht also sleeps up to six crew.
Power
A pair of 2,638hp MTU diesel engines power two surface drives to give her that remarkable performance and twin Seakeeper NG9 stabilisers ensure guest comfort underway and at anchor.
