Published 14 August 2024
Burgess is pleased to announce its appointment as exclusive Central Agent for the sale of the immaculate 70m (229.7ft) Neue Jadewerft AMADEUS.
AMADEUS, a 70m (229.7ft) superyacht built by Jadewerft in 2007 and refit in 2024, seamlessly marries rugged exploration capabilities with luxurious opulence. Naval architecture comes courtesy of Vripack and Gregory C Marshall and is perfectly complemented by Reymond Langton's exquisite exterior design. One of the most distinguished yachts navigating the seas today, AMADEUS has understandably garnered acclaim for her impressive cruising prowess.
Not one to shy away from adventure, AMADEUS has cruised to some of the world's most remote destinations. Offering the best of both worlds, she is far from a stereotypical explorer yacht, instead oozing dockside appeal.
Exterior spaces
Whether you're looking for somewhere to socialise with fellow guests or for a quiet space for lounging, the sprawling exterior decks have plenty to offer. Large aft decks feature built-in upholstered bench seating, dining tables, and plenty of loungers, while up on the sun deck, guests can enjoy sunpads and a jacuzzi shaded by all-weather umbrellas.
Interior spaces
Expertly crafted interior by Francois Zuretti feature Norwegian birch burl panelling and marble flooring to create an elegant atmosphere. The main deck lounge is a haven of comfort and relaxation with expansive sofas, armchairs and a full bar. Moving forward, the main deck features a large formal dining area and cinema room.
Guest accommodation
Capable of hosting up to 14 guests across seven cabins. The most impressive - the master suite - can be found on the owner's deck and has his and hers bathrooms, a study, and a private saloon as well as a spacious gym with an attached sauna. On the main deck, guests can expect a VIP suite, two king cabins, and two twin cabins convertible to kings. Additionally, the lower deck hosts another twin/king convertible cabin. Guests can seamlessly access the bridge deck from their cabins thanks to a stainless steel and glass elevator.
Power
Ideal for endless exploration across the globe, AMADEUS offers an impressive range exceeding 8,000nm cruising at 11.5 knots. Powered by twin 1,850hp Caterpillar engines, she can reach a maximum speed of 13.5 knots, while zero speed stabilisers ensure comfortable cruising, always.
We are pleased to present AMADEUS to the market with an asking price of EUR 48,500,000. She is currently cruising The Bahamas but will be available for inspections in Fort Lauderdale starting early September. Please contact your Burgess broker for more information or to arrange a viewing.
