Further price reduction on 37m NORFOLK STAR

*Updated 28 May 2024: to attract offers and find the yacht's next owner ahead of the summer season, the seller of NORFOLK STAR has instructed a further EUR 500,000 price reduction. This popular charter yacht, with rates from EUR 65,000 per week, is now asking EUR 4,450,000

NORFOLK STAR is a 37m (121.4ft) pedigree sailing yacht, designed and built by renowned Italian shipyard Perini Navi. This yacht is in superb condition having recently undergone a multi-million euro refit in 2020, including a new main engine, two new generators, PLC system, Inmarsat VSAT dome, 505 Williams tender, Doyle sails and Reckmann rigging. NORFOLK STAR also had her full five-year Lloyd's survey.

The interior and exterior furnishings have been recovered, all surfaces and marble have been professionally cleaned and coated. The teak decks have also been professionally sanded. This yacht is in pristine order for a new owner.

On deck, the guest cockpit is split into two areas: lounge seating around a circular coffee table and an open-air dining area, both for up to eight people. For relaxation, the sunpads behind the shaded cockpit are a favourite spot to watch the world as you sail by.

Down below, NORFOLK STAR features swathes of satin-finished cherry wood. Her bright upper saloon has a large L-shaped sofa around a coffee table and a forward-facing desk, all with panoramic views. A large stairway forward leads to the main saloon and dining area, with large hull ports either side for a light and airy feel.  

She welcomes up to seven guests. A full-beam private owner’s suite aft has a private study, walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with bathtub. Forward are two twin cabins that sleep another four guests, all en suite, and one an additional pullman berth.

Following a third large price reduction, and now seriously for sale, NORFOLK STAR is now asking *EUR 4,450,000.
