Sold: 47.5m yacht STRANGELOVE

We are delighted to announce the sale of STRANGELOVE with Burgess representing the seller.

Burgess has sold STRANGELOVE, a 47.5m (155.7ft) yacht built by Feadship, De Vries in The Netherlands in 1982 and painstakingly maintained ever since. She exhibits all the classics hallmarks of quality one expects of a yacht from this renowned Dutch yard and after a significant price reduction to USD 6,900,000 in August 2018, her sale has been successfully concluded.

Her naval architecture and exterior styling are by Arthur DeFever, whose designs are renowned for their traditional lines, solid construction, seaworthiness and excellent range - over 3,000nm for STRANGELOVE. Her interior was redesigned by Mlinaric, Henry and Zervudachi of London as part of a comprehensive refit in 2005 and she welcomes up to 12 guests in six cabins.
