Born and raised on Michigan’s Great Lakes, Justin developed a lifelong passion for the water from an early age. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Northwood University in 2017, he spent four years working as yacht crew aboard high-profile charter yachts in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

In 2019, Justin transitioned to Burgess, where he spent three years as a Central Agency Listings Manager. In that role, he oversaw the U.S. sales fleet, crafted marketing strategies, conducted market analysis, and supported successful closings. His hands-on experience both onboard and in brokerage uniquely positions him to guide clients through every step of the yacht sales process.

Now based in the Miami office as a sales broker, Justin brings a deep industry insight and a client-first approach to every transaction, delivering exceptional results.

Outside of work, you’ll find him outdoors, staying active, or exploring new destinations.
