Growing up on the Italian coastal border with France sparked Alice’s curiosity for diverse cultures and languages from a young age. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Cultures in Tourism, including a year spent in Lisbon, she ventured to Australia, where was embraced by a wonderful Aussie family.

She started her career in hospitality, working in five-star hotels across Italy before transitioning to event management at the prestigious Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria, a top brand of the Hilton company. Later, she entered the dynamic and bespoke world of luxury hospitality in Monaco, then explored the complexity of the Principality’s real estate before joining the exceptional Burgess Charter Management team. Alice brings dedication to outstanding client service and adaptability across industries.

In her spare time she enjoys travelling, cooking, gardening, swimming, and snowboarding.
