Originally from the Midlands, UK, Lorraine's introduction to the world of yachting came during her university years while pursuing a degree in Business and French in Nice. Subsequently, she dedicated her university summers to working on yachts before making a permanent move to the South of France after graduating in 2000. Lorraine spent several additional years as yacht crew before transitioning to a shore-based career. Initially, she worked for a yacht chandlery before embarking on a career in yacht management with a prominent yacht company in the South of France in 2007. Her roles evolved over the years, starting as a compliance assistant, and advancing to become a yacht manager, eventually leading her to her current position as a Yacht Manager at Burgess.

During her leisure time, Lorraine finds joy in traveling, skiing, practicing Pilates, and reconnecting with friends and family.
