Mickael joined Burgess’ Monaco office in April 2024 as a Technical Manager in the Yacht Management department. Before that, he spent seven years as a Service Executive Manager at Rolls Royce Solutions, an MTU engine manufacturer, covering the France and North Africa regions. His career began at sea, where he served for 12 years as a senior officer in the merchant navy on seismic research vessels worldwide, with experience in both deck and engine operations. He worked with major oil companies such as Exxon and Total for Louis Dreyfus Shipping Company. Mickael holds the Chief Engineer and Unlimited Master diploma from the French Merchant Navy School in Marseille and recently obtained a Master's degree in Maritime Engineering.

While passionate about the maritime industry, he also loves vintage cars and enjoys restoring them. A great enthusiast of travel and adventure, he also enjoys outdoor sports. A native French and fluent English speaker, Mickael lives with his family in the south of France.
