We are looking for an Crew Recruitment Administrator to join our thriving Crew Services department in Palma.

This fast-paced position involves coordinating recruitment processes, managing candidates, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented approach will help deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Post job openings across various platforms and manage candidate databases.
- Screen resumes, verify credentials, and arrange interviews.
Candidate Support
- Guide candidates through recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate profiles and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
Client Liaison
- Understand client needs and coordinate candidate interactions, including trials and interviews.
Compliance
- Ensure all certifications and legal documents are up to date.
Marketing & Networking
- Assist with creating recruitment promotions and attend industry events to attract talent.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications and Experience
- Background in HR, Business Administration, or a similar field preferred.
- Experience in recruitment or the yachting industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of maritime certifications (STCW, ENG1) is advantageous.
Skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tools.

Working Conditions
- Full-time, Hybrid 2 days in the office and 3 working from home. Occasional travel to yacht shows.
