High on the upper deck, your master suite includes a teak decked terrace aft, bedroom and TV lounge for your private use. So you will wake each morning to views of the coast and the bright waters sparkling through your windows. The air scented by thyme and pine gently reaches you as you step out for breakfast.

Whether you breakfast just the two of you on your own terrace, or step down to the main deck’s al fresco table to join the others, you know that the chef has been busy baking croissant and pastries to go with your coffee. The children have asked for pancakes and they come piled high, with local honey drizzled over.

With so much to see ashore, you will want to take the tender into port to visit the antiquities and markets. The local crafts on sale give you the chance to take home souvenirs of your charter. Each island is exquisite and unique, so don’t forget your camera.

Back on board, the children are keen to take the inflatables out for a spin. The crew have everything under control so you know that they are in safe hands. Windsurfing and waterskiing are sports on offer that may turn into a lifelong passion for them.

The ‘big kids’ have their eye on the Yamaha V-X Cruiser jetskis, and fancy a trip along the coast to a secluded beach that the crew have recommended. The water's edge taverna there is run by a local family who love to cook, so you will all join them for lunch.

Back on board the sun deck is basking in the rays for anyone who wants to lie out on the sun pads. Later this huge deck, with the BBQ, bar and long tables will host a quay-side party later, but right now you have it to yourself.

While the captain guides your yacht into a new port, take some time to enjoy the spacious cabins as you dress for the party. The gloss woodwork and velvet sofas create a timeless interior, and each cabin has a TV with home-theatre system.

Another time you will fine dine in the elegant lounge, but tonight you sit aloft with your family and friends around you, revelling in cruising’s legendary party life.
