Feadship PROJECT 825 – for sale
Opportunities to own a substantial, brand-new Feadship in less than 12 months’ time are vanishingly rare. PROJECT 825 is one such opportunity. This is a 75.8m (248.6ft) motor yacht with 1,750GT of interior volume spread across four decks. Currently fitting out and available for inspection at Feadship’s Kaag facility, she is scheduled for delivery in spring 2025. Her asking price is available on request.
Parisian studio Gilles & Boissier, of New York’s Baccarat Hotel fame, has created a warmly welcoming tactile interior with calming earth-tones, lime-washed grained wood and finished stone. These surfaces are brought to life by ever-changing natural light through floor-to-ceiling glazing throughout.
The result is a sophisticated, neutral, light-filled interior with universal appeal. Clearly PROJECT 825 would make an impressively stylish family yacht for 12 guests in six cabins, but there is easily realised potential to make her charter compliant too, presenting the possibility of a highly successful commercial programme.
She is packed with today’s must-have features including a private owner’s deck, full-beam main deck VIP suite with a private balcony, bridge deck wellness spa, glass-bottomed pool on the main deck aft above a beach club that opens on two sides, and two jacuzzis. An elevator runs from main to bridge decks and there is a corridor running from the lower deck guest accommodation through to the beach club for step-free access.
Twin 2,000hp MTU diesel engines give her a top speed of 15.6 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a transatlantic range of 5,000nm. Zero speed stabilisers ensure guest comfort on arrival.

PROJECT FOX – for sale
PROJECT FOX is a 34.9m (114.3ft) brand-new explorer yacht for sale with an asking price of EUR 17,000,000. She had her technical launch in early April at the Pendennis yard in Falmouth and is now commissioning. Delivery is scheduled for mid-May when she will be ready for her new owner to go summer cruising at a time when most shipyards can’t deliver until well into 2025.
At a time when slow-grown teak is becoming increasingly unacceptable, PROJECT FOX is the largest yacht decked in Tesumo. This is made by a German company using a three-stage process pioneered by Lurssen and the University of Göttingen and patented in 2016. Tesumo is fast-growing wood that is thermally treated, impregnated and dried to look, feel and last like teak.
On every performance metric it matches teak but it is available, sustainable and has nothing like the ecological footprint. Nowhere is Tesumo more evident than on the aft main deck, where her explorer credentials are obvious. This is a 35m, 295GT yacht that can carry two 7.5m (24.6ft) tenders, a submersible and an ROV, quadbikes and a whole host of watertoys.
While she is marketed primarily as an explorer, an imaginative owner will perceive a host of other uses. The yacht’s design also suits the role of support yacht to augment the watertoy inventory of a larger mothership. Perhaps her owner is a young entrepreneur with a penchant for a party? The aft deck serves as a huge dancefloor with a DJ station fitted on the upper deck aft.
As she welcomes up to 10 guests in an owner’s suite, two double cabins and two convertible cabins, she has the versatility to enrich the lives of a family looking for an educationally adventurous upbringing? There is space for a laboratory on the main deck aft and a marine biologist in one of the cabins.
Key features
- A true explorer yacht currently being commissioned at Pendennis, UK
- Northern-European quality
- Capable of carrying 2x7.5m (24.6ft) tenders or a wide variety of watertoys
- Large aft deck with 103.5sqm (1,114sqft) of open deck space
- Full-beam owner's suite plus four additional double/twin cabins
- Contemporary light interiors by Q London
- 3,000nm range at 9 knots
