This sale comes just two months after Burgess sold a lease for the longest berth in the marina, the 160m (525ft) berth A18. 

There are still leases available, from 10, 15 and up to 18.5 years, for other berths ranging from 80-105m (262-345ft) but clearly there is a limited number of them, they are selling regularly now and it's first come, first served. Buying a lease guarantees you access to a state-of-the-art marina at the very heart of Mediterranean yachting. The booking office is never closed, there is a 24-hour concierge service and every possible superyacht services from bunkering and blackwater pump-out to recycling centres and laundry. There is no public access to the marina so security is assured.
