Having joined Burgess in July 2015, Neil is now Compliance Assistant. Prior to Burgess, Neil worked at Lloyd’s Register for 21 years and worked his way up from Assistant Tonnage Measurer to Senior Specialist, applying statutory regulations to vessels of all types. In his last 10 years at Lloyd's he focused on yachts of 24m or above and passenger and MoD vessels. Outside of work, his interests include international politics, exploring Eastern Europe and numismatics.
