Elisabetta was born and raised in Turin, Italy, before moving to Monaco to further her education. She obtained a Master’s degree in Luxury Management from the International University of Monaco, specialising in yachting. It was in Monaco that her passion for the yachting industry truly took shape, leading her to present a forward-thinking project on the circular economy in yachting, which won the Yachting Prize at the Mark Challenge in Monaco, an event keenly attuned to current issues in the industry.

Before joining Burgess, she gained valuable experience in digital marketing with major players in the yachting industry. This role helped her develop strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.

Fluent in both Italian and English, Elisabetta is passionate about sailing, horse riding, skiing, and traveling, always seeking to create unforgettable memories.
