After an early morning swim to awaken your senses, enjoy an al fresco breakfast to take in the vistas of your anchorage. Then it is time to try out the yacht’s watersports options, including waterskiing, windsurfing and kayaking; and for those with a head for heights, there is even a giant waterslide. Take a tender trip to a nearby snorkelling hotspot to wonder at local sea life like fishes, turtles and even the odd octopus.

All your exertions will be sure to give you an appetite, so the crew transport everyone to a secluded bay for luxurious beach BBQ. After lunch, it is time for RUNNING ON WAVES to show off her sailing prowess. Enjoy the exhilarating sensation of effortlessly moving through the water, heading up to the observation deck above the bowsprit for a first rate view. The yacht’s shallow draft means she can cruise wherever your heart desires.

Pass a leisurely afternoon in the foredeck’s three metre jacuzzi or the comfortable lounging area to the aft of the yacht, before heading to the treatment room for a bespoke massage. In the meantime, the boldest members of your group have taken to the rigging for a bird’s eye view of the bay, under the guidance of the deck crew.

Having undergone a refit in 2019, RUNNING ON WAVES sleeps up to 42 guests in 18 cabins, including a mini suite with an additional berth, four VIP cabins, four double cabins and nine twin cabins (five of which have a pullman berth). A fun extra feature, all TVs in the cabins can broadcast camera feeds from high up in the masts and underwater.

Elegantly dressed for dinner, you are transported to the era of Agatha Christie, with sundowner cocktails and canapes at the Ocean Bar. The crew has arranged a murder mystery evening, and everyone is provided with a role to play. The fun continues as you make your way to the dining room for a Mediterranean feast, still on the hunt to find the culprit, with the crew fully in character. You return to the Ocean Bar, now set up as a disco, finally exposing the offender and celebrating in style well into the evening, with the crew on hand to provide the music and cocktails.
