Amels 200 STELLA M delivered
Published 02 June 2021
The 60.1m (197.1ft) STELLA M has been delivered to her new owner. She is the first of the new Amels 200 Limited Editions range to leave the Vlissingen shipyard of Amels and Damen Yachting.
The owner was represented by Burgess in the sale, which was announced at the end of 2019. Richard Lambert, Senior Partner and Head of Sales at Burgess in Monaco, comments: 'We would like to congratulate Amels and Damen Yachting on the successful completion of this prestigious yacht during these unprecedented times and we are delighted that our client has taken delivery ahead of the Mediterranean summer season.'
STELLA M features exterior design by Tim Heywood and custom interiors by Reymond Langton. Her steel hull and aluminium superstructure were built to Lloyd's classification and her hybrid diesel electric propulsion system also makes her IMO Tier III compliant.
With a beam of 10.6m (34.8ft) she has a generous internal volume of 1,015GT designed to maximise guest spaces. These include a large sun deck with jacuzzi, wet bar, dayhead and massage room, an elevator serving all decks, open air dining on the bridge deck aft and a beach club gym with sauna and dayhead.
She welcomes 12 guests in six cabins, including a full beam main deck owner's suite with a large private balcony to starboard, bathroom with bath and shower, walk-in wardrobe and a private office. A VIP suite on the bridge deck and four further suites on the lower deck complete her accommodation.
She has a top speed of 15 knots, a cruising speed of 13.5 knots and a transatlantic range of 4,500nm at her passage speed of 13 knots. Zero speed stabilisers ensure comfort on arrival.
