Provide individual logins for key crew members and stakeholders
Identify and highlight required documents to be uploaded by the yacht for seamless emergency response
Supply customised emergency checklists tailored to your yacht’s operations
Provide access to the emergency contact number
Register your yacht within our fleet emergency response plan for coordinated support
Access ready-to-use templates for key emergency procedures, including:
- Towing
- Recovery of persons from water
- SOPEP (Shipboard Oil Pollution Emergency Plan)
- NTVRP (Non-Tank Vessel Response Plan)
Reprogram the yacht’s EPIRB with our emergency contact number
Ensure SAT-C reporting to Polestar for independent position tracking
Provide an 24/7 Emergency Response Team to advise and assist with onboard emergencies
Immediate access to an expert team for guidance and real-time support during onboard emergencies
Conduct a yearly review of emergency information and update as needed and
Carry out an annual system test to ensure response readiness
