We can source and recruit crew, ensure compliance with relevant legislation and provide training. We can also manage payroll and offer advice to prevent and solve crew disputes. Financially we can set up bank accounts, sort the credit cards, upskill in Sage systems and provide a dedicated Burgess accountant.
