CL140 is a planing yacht built by Custom Line, she has an LOA of 2.15m (138.3ft). She is of GRP construction and her naval architecture is by Ferretti Group Engineering. Her interior design is by Citterio/Viel and exterior styling are by Filippo Salvetti. She was built to RINA+ HULL, · MACH, Y, Unrestricted navigation classification.

CL140 has a partially covered sun deck. Beneath the hardtop, there is a wet bar and two L-shaped sofas on each side. Aft is a jacuzzi and sun lounger area. The upper deck has an impressive forward lounge area with forward- and aft-facing seating and two large sunpads. On the aft of the upper deck, there is L-shaped bench seating, a wet bar and an al fresco formal dining area, all beneath the shade of the sun deck. The cockpit on the main deck has forward-facing bench seating aft with low-level seating around tables.

The guest accommodation is on the lower and main deck and she can accommodate 10 guests in five cabins. On the lower deck, there are two double VIP suites, each with outboard-facing berths and en suite heads with large separate shower compartments. Forward of the guest accommodation is a double berth cabin and twin-berth cabin, each has an en suite heads and a shower. The crew mess and accommodation is forward of the guest accommodation. On the main deck, the full-beam owner's suite is forward. It has a full-beam bathroom located forward, it has his and hers facilities including private showers and a shared bath. Aft is the owner’s private lounge and dressing rooms. Abaft of the owner's suite are the galley, servery, day heads, and entrance foyer. In the saloon, the formal dining area is partitioned from the sofa seating by a low line of cupboards. When the saloon is located the deck bulwarks have been replaced by guardrails to maximise the view from the saloon windows.

The aft-opening tender garage can house a RIB and a PWC. There is stowage for a second tender at the bows.

CL140 is powered by two 2,600hp MTU 16V 2000M96L engines these give her a cruising speed of 18 knots and a maximum speed of 21.5 knots. She has a cruising range of 700nm and an economic range of 2,000nm at her economic cruising speed of 11 knots. She is fitted with fin zero speed stabilisers.
