ENERGY recharged: back on the market

Some yachts are destined to break the mould, to find a new path to greatness. The 77.8m (255.2ft) full-custom yacht ENERGY, delivered by Amels in 2022, is one such yacht. 

With a steel hull and aluminium superstructure constructed to Lloyd’s classification, the brief for exterior designer Espen Oeino and interior designer Francois Zuretti was to defy convention and find ways to connect with the ocean. With ENERGY, they exceeded all expectations.

The top deck’s helipad forward is a versatile space beyond use for heli-ops, whether you're looking for uninterrupted sunbathing or a sunrise al fresco yoga studio with wraparound ocean views.

Elsewhere, the sun deck's jacuzzi and sun pads aft allow guests to bask in the sunshine while keeping cool. Wraparound sidedecks ensure guests can appreciate the anchorage from every possible vantage point, while the bridge deck aft is the perfect spot to enjoy comfortable outdoor seating and dining serviced by a bar.

Through full-height glass, the owner’s deck bedroom overlooks a private foredeck terrace with direct access to it. This secluded space features an intimate lounge beneath the overhang, a jacuzzi, and a mesmerising marble firepit surrounded by armchairs and chaises longues.

Walkaround sidedecks lead past a private lounge and bar, which opens on three sides to invite in the sound and scent of the ocean. Beyond, open-air dining for up to 18 guests sits alongside one of the largest pools on any yacht, anywhere.

On the main deck, the seamless connection to the ocean continues with both VIP suites, each featuring full-height sliding glass walls that open onto a private balcony at the forward end of extra-wide sidedecks.

Moving aft, whether indoors or out, you pass a boardroom-style office, a martial arts room, and a lobby featuring a glass elevator spanning from the lower deck to the bridge deck. Beyond, a formal dining room leads to the boat deck, which houses two tenders and a watertoy store, before reaching the intimate waterfall lounge.

On the bridge deck, the music lounge is designed for acoustic excellence and boasts a Steinway baby grand piano and marble-topped bar.

The remaining guest accommodation can be found on the lower deck in the form of four doubles, with ENERGY hosting up to 14 guests in total. On this same level, guests can access a wellness spa with beauty salon, gym, massage room, sauna, and hammam, as well as sea terraces and beach club further aft.
