Tim joined the Burgess brokerage team in 2004, before moving to help build up business in the newly formed semi-custom division, OceanStyle. Tim relocated to Monaco in 2009, initially to continue work in the semi-custom sector, but returned to the Burgess team in 2010 with a renewed focus on larger yachts and projects. He has developed a wealth of experience, successfully representing both buyers and sellers in a large number of significant brokerage deals, as well as being involved with a number of notable new construction projects. Tim’s precious spare time is mostly spent with his young daughters, however he can occasionally be found on the golf course or the ski slopes. In 2020, Tim moved back to London.
